Everything!Dead Roaches was in every corner in the room underneath the pillows and in the air conditioning plus the alive ones crawling around they’re dead roach families I ask to get another room they said I can get a refund asked for towels no help

Location near a Walmart was 2 min away in car same for Chipotle McDonald's was next to it and so was Sonic

Yes it was dirty I had to was the floor/mop myself and clean the room there was a bullet shot on the bathroom I received also blood stains on some of the wall and sheet looked dirty

The room was infested with roaches, we have pictures to confirm, asked to be moved to another room and was denied, and I asked for a refund because that is a health concern and I don't even know if I'll get it and now I'm outside on the streets.

Staff was very rude, toliet wasn't working properly had to manually flush toliet. Tv remote needed new batteries.

The fact that we didnt get robbed or shot

The sheets smelled bad—like dirt—the bathroom wasn't completely clean, the bed sheets were slightly torn, and the upstairs stairs are broken.

The location was the only thing unfortunately

My room starting flooding and I got a refund and then was told I can't come back on property cause I got a refund

The mattress was stained with blood the bedding had cigarette burns even tho it was smoke free the room smelled and the bathroom smelled like pee I complained and they gave me a new room and it was just as bad

No one came to clean the room been there 2 weeks now same sheets and pillows case

The room was pretty clean and spacious. It's located close to the highway and plenty of restaurants. The maintenance staff was accommodating as well.

I had an issue with my TV cutting off after a moment of time. I visited the front desk and was disappointed in the level of concern by the woman attending it. Instead of taking me at my word, she had me prove by demonstration that the TV didn't work. ?

Nothing, I left it to sleep in my car.

It was the dirtiest hotel I have ever been in. I mean you get what you pay for so this was pretty much a perfect match.

Booked a non-smoking room and all they had available was a smokers room. The room was not clean and the trash can was full. With no other hotel options we were forced to stay there. I was traveling with my two young kids. We didn?t even take a shower.

The first room 3 roaches were running around in the bathroom one was comin up the toilet. The next room the pipes had tape holding them to the walls. The shower curtain had mold on it. The blankets had burns n them. The walls & floor were nasty.

The courtesy, professionalism, friendly nature of hotel employee, the clerk on duty when we checked in. He was a breath of fresh air.

Cold AC, Hot Water and firm bed, housekeeper is friendly and kind.

They have a rule about changing rooms every 7 days even if you prepaid. SKUZZY Linens stink, stained, burned and shredded. Bugs. No mail accepted, No ATM, No Receipt NO refunds, No BREAKFAST, No picnic area, No pool, No movie channels as advertised.

The hotel is very nasty I mean nasty I lifted the toilet set up n it was mold very nasty behind the fridge it was juice and paper old Food containers just nasty

People smoking pot in customers rooms. The staff there was already told about it by other customers. I was told by a customer that the staff don't care.

The hotel didn¿t let me check in. The turned me away and stole my money. I want a full refund. Hotel employee at the front desk is a criminal. Management books the hotel to private escorts and drug addicts for short visits. The scam is very obvious
